In a world grappling with food waste and fast-paced lifestyles, HopYe offers a fresh perspective on sustainable shopping. This mobile concept empowers users to discover fresh, discounted food nearby, making sustainability a swipe away.

Inspired by platforms like Too Good To Go, I pondered: What if saving food was as intuitive and engaging as swiping on Tinder? Through research into food waste patterns and user behaviors, I uncovered a common desire for simplicity, transparency, and positive impact.

My goal was to create an experience that was both emotional and seamless. Incorporating a swipe mechanic introduced an element of fun, while color-coded freshness indicators and friendly microinteractions aimed to encourage sustainable habits without inducing guilt. I developed user flows, wireframes, and iterated designs based on feedback.
